How to use
Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Massage
Use in a massage blend with a carrier oil, to enjoy the energising and uplifting powers of Pine Essential Oil. We recommend Sweet Almond #215, Grapeseed #210 or Coconut Oil #203.
Aromatherapy
Create your own refreshing essential oil blend for your diffuser by blending Pine Needle with citrus oils like Lemon #103, Orange #105 and Mandarin #154 and bring the feeling of nature inside.
Green Cleaning
Most people will recognise the smell of pine from its use in many cleaning products. You can recreate your own green, natural version of most cleaning products using Pine Oil for virtually any cleaning task from floors, toilets, sinks, to kitchen surfaces to laundry. Add 20 drops to a bucket of hot soapy water for floor mopping. Combine 10 drops with a cup of Sodium Bicarbonate #504 and pour down the toilet for a sparkly clean loo
